The Big Picture
Personnel at New Tribes Mission UK North Cotes

Meet Kirsty Bosley, she is our onsite Nursery Manager. She has been heavily involved in REACH in the past and is looking forward to enjoying this year’s conference online.

Meet Geoff McNabb, he is part of our campus management team. He lives on site with his wife and three children.

Meet Jakob and Christina Klein who along with their three children live at North Cotes College. They are from Germany and moved here to be our onsite kitchen managers.

Meet Matt, Laura, Bethan and Daniel Petley. In 2018, they were challenged to join the team here at North Cotes. Their lives had been fairly settled up to that point. Little did they know what God had planned for them!
In January 2019, following lots of prayer, tears, joy, and trepidation, they moved from Essex to NTM-UK, North Cotes to begin a new chapter in all of their lives. Since that day, they have not looked back! The Lord has allowed them to be challenged, stretched and used for His glory. Laura works in Noah’s Ark Nursery and Matt works in the Finance Office. They truly find it a privilege to serve Him at North Cotes with their brothers and sisters in Christ, knowing that they are just a small link in the very big chain of workers involved in reaching the unreached people groups across the world.

Meet Yolanda Jerrard who, along with her husband Stephen, serves at North Cotes in many different roles. They head up the personnel department, providing support to our missionaries here on campus and overseas.

Meet Carol Smith from England, she is married to Andy and they have an adult daughter who spent her childhood growing up at North Cotes. They were part of the first class of students that went through the training at the college in North Cotes then joined the team serving at the college. She is part of the Publications team and one of her main tasks is updating the prayer news on the NTM-UK website. She is convinced that prayer for missionaries is a vital part of reaching people with the Gospel.

Meet Nathan who, along with his wife and two children, serve at North Cotes College. Nathan is head of our IT department here and helps to keep all IT issues under wraps.

  • Daniel and Rachel Hulley
    Daniel and Rachel Hulley
    Missionary Church Planters

This is Daniel and Rachel Hulley and their three children (Ben 19, Georgia 15 and Rebekah 12). They live in South Wales on an extended home assignment. For the last 15 years they have been involved in a tribal church planting ministry in the highlands of PNG among 50,000+ North Wahgi people.
Their goal has always been to see disciples of Christ who make more disciples, and they have worked to provide resources and training for the small group of believers. This includes translating the New Testament into their vernacular, literacy school and materials, Bible lessons, and teacher training.
By God's grace, some of the believers have become Bible teachers and evangelists who have been strengthening the church and conducting outreaches whilst they and their co-workers have been absent. The North Wahgi church is yet to appoint elders and there is a great deal of work still to be done to take the Gospel to the many villages and hamlets in the district.
Rachel and Daniel hope to return to PNG once their two older children have settled into life in the UK, or wherever God wants to use them.

Short Term Volunteers North Cotes

Each year at North Cotes College, we need volunteers in different areas.
Next year we need volunteers in our kitchen where they provide food for the students, so they can focus more on their studies and not have to worry about cooking.
We need individuals who have experience or an aptitude in IT to help in our IT department.
We also have a large campus that needs to be maintained and are looking for more volunteers to help practically, whether cutting grass, plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical work.

'Travelling’ was written as a poem back in 2019. Heather had been visiting family in her home country and, on arrival back to the UK, the words began trickling into her mind. Three years later, the Lord graciously gave the melody. Travelling is a song of transience and hope, reminding us that no matter where life goes, the Lord is the faithful Rock in His children's lives.

    Ron Lindsey
President of Ethnos 360 Bible Institute in the USA

Ron and Carrie Lindsey served in Papua New Guinea for eighteen years. With their co-workers they established a grassroots missionary work in an isolated people group.
After constructing a grass airstrip and building simple homes, they were blessed to become fluent in the language. The Gospel was shared with a tremendous response in 1992.
While on home assignment in 1989 the Lindseys suffered a tragic automobile accident. They were hit by a drunk driver resulting in the death of their eldest son, permanent paralysis of their three-year-old son, and a broken back for Carrie.
The Lindseys returned to the jungle for an additional twelve years, but eventually medical issues necessitated a return to ministry in the USA. Ron and his family live in Waukesha, Wisconsin, where he serves as the President of Ethnos360 Bible Institute.

About REACH 2022

Back in 2009 we held the very first Reach conference. The idea behind the weekend was that we wanted a conference especially for the younger generation that would challenge them to the great need for Christians to reach the unreached. We have held the conference annually in person here at North Cotes ever since, until being forced to go online in 2021 due to the pandemic. This year the conference will again be online. We trust and pray many will enjoy the exciting programme and be challenged by what God is doing and see how they can play a part in world missions.
